About David:

Before coming to Regent, Boisselle served for 29 years in the United States Navy, where he rose through the ranks from enlisted seaman to commissioned officer, attaining three nontraditional college degrees. As Educational Services Officer in the nuclear aircraft carrier USS George Washington, he led the Navy's successful pilot program to provide graduate courses to Sailors at sea via video teleconference with Old Dominion University. Since 2004, he has presented Enlisted-to-Officer Program Career Days and workshops to Sailors throughout Hampton Roads. Upon his retirement from the Navy in 2008, Boisselle was awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal. He lives in Williamsburg with his wife, Mely. They are the proud parents of John, a software engineer, and Meaghan, a registered nurse.
